In an inspiring display of cross-border collaboration, Vladimir Iskrov, the representative of the wheelchair basketball club Levski Sofia, recently visited the Romanian Basketball Federation. As the coordinator of the European project #UTAB “United Through Adapted Basketball,” co-funded by the European Union through the Erasmus program, Vladimir Iskrov held a productive meeting with the leadership of the Romanian Basketball Federation (FR Baschet) and fellow Romanian colleagues involved in the project.
The focus of this meeting was to solidify plans for the upcoming seminars designed for referees and coaches in wheelchair basketball, scheduled to take place in May 2025 in Romania. These seminars mark a critical milestone within the timeline of the project, offering participants from partner organizations the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge, exchange ideas, and strengthen their commitment to adapted basketball.
